Dry Use:

1. Take an appropriate amount of the product, and pat it on the face to complete your makeup or touch-up. 

2. Add more layer for more coverage.

Wet Use:

1. Wet the powder puff, press out the excess water with a paper towel, and gently take the product with it.

2. Apply it evenly on the face, and add more layer on the part that needs more coverage.
